stahl headers come up in the air more then hedmans do, so if you have a lowered s10 the stahls clear the upper a arms better then the hedmans , big time, my problem was I had front bars going to frame and with swap mounts that were in place it was close, also had to get rid of brake booster, when i re did motor mounts with front plate and mid plate, then my steering shaft woundnt work the stock one, because of the way I had the motor, but I wanted a small race car type anyways, I love the stahl headers, they are nice, I bought mine used from a guy on s10dragracer who was going to a bb

I also had to redo my fuel line, bottom two pics show the old way I had it, it now runs inside of passenger fender to front of fender

The location where you had your regulator.. was that ok with the rule book?

hows the turning can you turn more than the hustlers? Also are the spark plugs a pain to change?

mike my regulator was around 4.75 " away from firewall, I first had it on firewall, then moved it were you saw it, not legal but my track which is strict never questioned it, now it is down on , inside of pass fender, probably will move closer to carb with new motor next yr

like a lot of fender well headers, no you cant crank the front wheels all the way with out hitting, I would rather deal with that then , all the other fitting isues, with in frame headers

and the spark plugs are very easy, I can take my big hands under headers and get to all the plugs, I have stock oem heads, but will have my new afr angle plugs on new motor there is lots of room, I used to have shorty swap headers they suck for plugs, the stahls are sweet, very spendy but nice. I have never had the hedman fenderwell so dont know much abought them, they cost half of the price as stahls I know that, thank god mine were used
