newbie from nc

hey guys im 1fast10 or steve. ive seen most of you guys from s10dragracer and yellowbullet which i reside under the same screen name.well a little about my truck. its a 84 s10. painted yellow, has a 421 sbc, afr 220 heads, 825 race demon carb,eagle crank and rods. stock block filled 3/4. with billet caps.currently has a sportsman fogger and a small 200 shot in it. suspension is stock frame rails front and rear. notched in front for oilpan. rear has ladder bars, ford 9 inch rear with strange pro iron case.pro gears 4.29. 29x10.5x15 slicks.35 spline axles. aerospace rear disc brakes. wheel bars.qa1 double adj rear coilover and singe adj fron cilover conversion. rack and pinion front steering. inside i have all autometer carbon fiber guages,stock dash with custom aluminum insert,carpet and kirkey aluminum seat.10point roll cage.msd digital 7 7531 igntion with matching coil. edelbrock nitrous controler. trans is currently a th350 with a mild rebuild. has NO transbrake,jw bell, deap pan, converter is a super streetfighter 10" that im giving it about all it can handle at the moment. so far the truckhas been 5.85@120 with a 1.29 60ft footbraking. on motor will run 6.7s with a lousy 1.55 60ft. better converter and transbrake i should get a tenth or 2 out of it stilll.heres a few pics'

hey guys i just added about 40 photos in my photo album. check them out. lots of pics of how i notched the front and how i braced the rear.ill have more soon of the rack and pinion i put on too. not shure if theres a way to add album as post anyways enjoy

Oh.. There will be a meet! You can count on that..
We are using the chat a lot to talk.. I am going to set up a section just for meets..
Right now.. most of us are in the finishing stages of our trucks.. (or close enough to race)
When we have about 10 people ready.. we will set the stage..
I can think of 6 or 7 right now from here...

The event will be for everyone.. We will post it on other sites and make flyer's..
Bobby has a contact with a track in Orlando..
We will make something happen..
