View Full Version : tried out the new trailer today

put a lil weight on the lil new trailer and took her out for a lil drive, 70 miles an hr hands off the wheel, straight as a arrow handled good, now camper and a s10 , I am sure it will do fine, I really like the way the trailer turned out

I wish I had a heck of a lot more of it, the duramax is my wifes, it used to be her 07 dodge grand caravan , she traded it in on the truck, so we had a good pull rig, we are 120 miles to closest track, so needed a good tow rig and the new trailer cost only $200 more then what I sold my 99 24ft tag for, my wifes cousin built it and he gave us a good deal, $1300 less then what he said he would build a new one for any one else. If I had more money I would have my new motor done instead it will take 2 yrs to build

on the deck 32'8" with a 6ft tongue, 3 5400 lb axels she was built exactly the way I wanted it, I bought the 5000 lb winch the 48" tongue box, told him 32.5 ft deck, rails on front to tie stuff down, he built it from scratch I have pics of beginning start to end
