Chief posted on the website and said they pushed a head gasket - they did had a spare on hand and thrashed her back together before the next road trip - said they feel like they are on a wing and a prayer vs. the budgets they are up against but are having a blast

Lost a ring land on a piston - had a piston on route, but had to qualify anyway or had to make a pass for some reason...so tried it down a cylinder and shattered the drive pulley for the procharger - basically drove over the 'charger parts and trashed the drivers side header AND pushed another head gasket all on the same run...

BUT...

as a last ditch effort like the studs they are they made another pass - N/A, and with no collector on drivers side exhaust and one tube crimped nearly in half to a 8.70 or something LOL - now they are loaded up to come home...Sad part is they were probably in the money because the car is HONESTLY fast enough to win from what they saw up there.
