I got the pad from a guy in texas when i built the truck for $600 new old stock ,
i had a local guy cover my old one ,,,but,,,,, no so good ,,there hard to find ,, but if some one wants to give me $12.500 for mine i will throw in the blazer for free and haul it out there ,lol
