Just got back from the track, didnt do like i wanted and brought the truck back hurt, but i dont think its anything major. I got an 8.0 out of it, its so close to the 7s i know the next time i take it will be there, had fun tho.

And im from athens, tn in between knoxville and chattanooga.

I know the feeling. we are trying to get into the 8's N/A and 7's with the giggle gas before we tear it down for the HCI swap. best we have done is 9.0 n/a (1/8th mile of course) Engine is all stock except for ls1 coilpack conversion.

I think we are battling the heat and humidity thats keeping both of us from hitting our next milestone. As it cools off things will change to our favor though.

good luck next time, hopefully the "s10 gremlins" will leave you alone.

Yeah i think heat was a little issue with mine, didnt help that my fan quit workin and it was pretty hot yesterday, but i hope those gremlins stay at home next trip.
