been trying to get this done and post some pics up for you guys but work seems to get in the way . I finally went with the rack set up with tubular control arms , strange coil over double adjustables , put everything on and seemed like front end was locked down took every thing back apart and figured out after talkin to trz cups that they send with this set up for the coilover conversion from stock springs , you have to cut alot of material out of the factory hole and remove a few tabs to get the cups to set flush up in the pocket

Todd, thought I was crazy when I told him of all the issues I had with those cups. ;)
They are a pain in the ass, but well worth it.
BTW, pics aren't working for me either

It may just be the angle of the pic but it looks like the rack is mounted too high. Can I see a pic of it with the suspension at ride height. Preferably straight on not at an angle.

Unless you guys have your browser set up as the default viewer for .bmp's
You are not going to see them.. Firefox views them just fine. ;)

I called trz the first of the week and they told me they hadnt had any trouble with the g bodies but some guys had told them they had to cut more material on the s 10 s . but coudnt tell me where to cut , it was enough info to see what was happening with the outside of the spring pocket I guess it was laying the cup on an angle and coil binding the spring on the coil over , my shocks were catching the edge of the coil spring once i cut all that material out they layed perfect , definately a top notch product they are puttin out at trz

Thanks brother. Man them is some big pics.:laugh4: Please don't think i'm being a dick but when I watched your video at 1:40 on the launch when the suspension extended it looked like the tire toed in pretty good witch it would do if the rack was too high. You can still drive with toe in but when you get on the brakes hard at speed and the suspension compresses the opposite will happen and the tires will toe out making it dart left or right. Again PLEASE dont think i'm being a dick, I just don't want to see anybody get hurt. Front suspensions are just as tricky as a 4-link. If you feel like it you can remove your front shocks and jack the truck all the way up and then back down to see how much bump steer you have. Just remember you can get away with toe in not toe out.

Dont know what I done to these pics lol ! precitate the advice noticed it the most when the truck is on the rack and the passenger tire comes in and the driver almost stays straight , run the limiters down and its no problem but trying to use full travel and the right tire toes in bad ,had a local shop do the rack but it did concern me with that tire toeing in its gonna stay on the limiters though !

Just concerned for your safety brother. If you were closer I would tell you to bring it by where I could check it out. Like I said though , you can get away with toe in, not toe out.

I know this post is 2 months old, but if you have not fixed this yet, the rack is set to high. The knuckle inside the rack needs to be at the same leave as the pivot point of the bolt on the lower control arm. If not the bump steer is going to a pain in the ass to adjust, being a compromise at best and hope you have a very good alignment shop around that knows how to do this!
