Custom Mounting

I am building a 92 s-10 and am installing a Griffin aluminium radiator was wanting some advice about how to mount it into the core support. Pictures would be great.

We (son, and I) cut out all but the top layer of the core support, in the radiator area.

I don't have a better pic. But, those nuts you see in the front of the support, with the tranny cooler mounts under them, are attached to allen head screws. I drilled the engine side of the turned up lip, slightly larger, then used the allen wrench to slide thru the hole on the outside. (Hope it makes since)

On the bottom, I used some thin aluminum angle

I can't stand the cutout for the radiator cap, it just looks like an afterthought, sooooo.........

Nice looking stuff the radiator I bought needs 20 inches top to bottom may have learned a lesson here measure twice buy once but I'm gonna try to make it fit.
