my new Baileigh RDB-O50

broke down and bought myself a new bender with 4 dies , a rotation angle gauge and a Bendtech SE . just got it last weekend and my son and i have been slowly getting it ready to anchor to the floor and the bending will begin.

meet Shane on OFN and he was a great guy to deal with , i will deal with them again on other purchases they got lots of cool tools , i want their powerhammer , but $21K is a tad much for my budget LOL.

will be posting images of whats in store once the bender is set-up and i figure out the program LOL got 5 sticks to bend up and two projects needin work.

I am getting ready to make my own tube bender, It will work with Bendtech..
It will be air/hydro unit..
The hardest thing is getting the dies and shoes..

bender with 4 180deg dies 1" 1 1/4" 1 1/2" and 1 5/8" , a rotation angle guage and BT SE was around $3k with shipping charges to WA . i was gonna build one but the time i added up the steel and some of the parts i needed i was over $2k in materials and a couple weeks of machine work and fab work for the type i wanted , i may do it down the road but for now i,m very happy .

the bender is capable of 2 1/2" tubing as well :10:

i agree to a certain point the bender i was planning is nothing like i,ve seen and i,ve searched for 2 yrs now while looking for ideas i have parts started for it now that i have a bender to work with i,ll slowly start designing and making parts and buying stuff i will need
