Diabolical, have you had any luck finding matrial to make them? If I can get you some what do you need to make them? I do work for a company that uses alot of Aluminume and if I remeber it 6061 so please let me know

This will take no time to do.. Just finding the time.. After this weekend..
I am only working 5/10hr days a week..
So I am going to be able to work on projects again :drummer:

I hope these pic will help and hope the info is to your liken.
5 Housing End Alignment Sleeve (Lrg Ford/Mopar)
For 3.150” and 2.875” O.D. axle bearings (stock Mopar ends). Also has shoulder for locating 3” x .250 tubes and thier is also the dimsons for the other end size

7 The ring set allow you to expand the range of housings that can be narrowed some aftermarket 9" Ford cases requires a 3.250” outside diameter ring set

if you need any more info let me know. I didn't put in the I.D. of the bushings because that way you can put your own in but the company I got the info from uses 2" dia harden steel bar you need to let me know how much matriel you will need like the thickness and over all size

I will let you know.. 2" seems big.. especially if most of the OD is 3" to 3-1/4"
I am getting ready to narrow a 9" for "Low Buck" so this will have to happen soon! :)
