As you know the radio flyer is going to get a hairdryer under the hood.
We plan on running e85 for this.
Now we are at a point of doing the fuel system upgrade. Here is what we have:

Billet fuel rails
Aeromotive 1304 (I think) adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Going to be using 120lb low impedance injectors.

Thinking of going to fuel cell and ditching the stock tank. NOW, I am eyeballing the MagnaFuel ProStar 500 Fuel Pumps that is rated to 2000 hp. Mind you e85 and turbo so I need HUGE pump. Plan on going all new fuel lines -8 or -10 feed lines. I am just curious on if this is a good pump to go with or does anybody recommend any other.

Wanting to do around a 12 gallon fuel cell as it is a street truck. Now, we are going to have a return style fuel system also if that matters.

The prostar 500 is not designed for use with fuel injection - only rated at like 35lbs of pressure from memory.

I would sit down and figure how many hp and lbs/hr of fuel you are actually going to need at the PSI your injection system wants/needs. You will need a flow sheet on the pumps you are shopping between as they are all rated at different pressures. Quite a few people go belt drive at this point if going FI, E85 and big HP with room to grow into a lot more..

Like h stated 500 is designed low pressure. But I do believe magnafuel makes a efi pump to supply your demands. Rule of thumb is for gas 2000 hp naturally aspirated is 1500 or less boosted. Even less for the e85 which is about 9:1 afr. Weldon magnafuel aeromotive all make a pump capable of what believe you are trying to do. And they all can be street driven
