lexan windshield

well I got me a lexan windshield in the blazer now, a lil lighter and no cracks so good deal, it was easy
to do bought this flat sheet of treated lexan from summit

and also got some border paint from them, then I got some window ribbon, window seal stuff from a paint supply store, then some number 8x1/2" sheet metal screws from the hardware store, masking tape and 100 grit sand paper, well I made a cardboard template, traced it on to flat sheet of lexan, cut it out with jig saw with fine blade, fit and trim, fit and trim untill lexan fit real good. Put in window seal stuff, drilled small lil holes 3" apart, when all done, masked off for border, sanded border area with 100 grit, painted border, went to decal shop in town, put on new decals and dial board and DONE well I need to get sanding on this blazer so I can get it painted some yr, lexan windshield DONE
