This may have been covered already. I am installing a set of Cal-Tracs on my S10 and I would like to hear/see how others removed and intalled the bushings in the springs and the bushings in the frame? I will be installing poly bushings in the rear eyes and Alum in the front.
Thanks for your time.

The easiest way to remove the ones on the frame and in the factory leafs is a large punch a hammer and a propane torch. The aluminum ones will need a press period. If there pressing the new one in my as well have them push the old ones out. frame is all you though.

First...... Welcome to the site.
Second..... use/beg/borrow a torch... takes just a couple minutes of burning and they'll fall right out.
