Anybody have pdf of 2009 NHRA and/or IHRA rulebook?

I am curious if anybody has a .pdf file of the 2009 NHRA rulebook or knows of where the current 2009 one is online. All I can find is 08. And me being a broke ass don't want to spend the $10 and wait for one :cool4:

Mainly trying to see what all is required for the 01 lt1 blazer is needed for the NMRA/NMCA event @ zmax in August.
