The Machine

[Diabolical]

I know I have been telling you guys about this machine I am building..

Before I go and post gigs of pics I would like to know who is really interested in seeing the complete process?

It's a very time consuming build.

The project is a 5 Axis CNC Plasma/Router.
I have started it from the ground up building just about every part.

For what I wanted to do.. to buy the machine it would cost about 50 to 60 thousand bucks..
So far I have about 14 to 16 grand in it..

This machine is what I will be building all the future parts for my shop with..

With this machine I could cut out a new tile floor in an hour..

Here is how I built the drive for my Y and Z Axis..
I am using 740 oz-in Hybrid Stepper Motors (Nema 34 Frame)
The Y Axis is going to be Dual Motored.

You have some sick skills. Me and the dad have a milling machine,and lathes. I make all kinds of stuff for myself and my drummer, but can't imagine putting that kind of thought into something like what you've built. Imagination is one thing, but you have to have the skills to do it, and brother YOU GOT the SKILLS!!!
