My 88 with the 4.3L which is regular cab long bed with out me weighs in at 3220. A buddy has a 90 GMC jimmy 4WD 2 door weighs in at 4300 no driver. Neither of these are 100% factory by far . We are booth missing piece and have stuff thats not factory. But hopefully will gives you a idea. I personally need to but mine on a serious diet while sticking to my class rules.

Consumer guide lists them at the following curb weights
ext cab: 3024
reg cab long bed: 2773
reg cab short bed: 2635
2 door blazer: 3536
4 door blazer: 3776
How accurate those #'s are I can't say but judging from disturbing v6's reply the 2 trucks he mentioned are roughly 800 lbs diff and consumer guide shows 1100 lbs diff so I would guess from this info it is safe to call it an estimated 950 lb difference between the 2 on average.

Thanks for that info!!!
Keep in mind that the majority of the added weight of the blazer is going to show up on the rear axle - also keep in mind the wheelbase of the blazer is shorter than the shortbox standard cab truck wheelbase.
