Yesterday after I found out that my wife and I are having twins. I was having a awsome day!
For the ones don't know, I own a Butcher Shop.
My crew and I were making Sausage Friday afternoon. And just was going good.
My newest hire, great kid. But still very much greenhorn. Put my 1967 Zuber Sausage stuffer together. But didn't quite have it right.
Its water/Hydro driven piston style machine. Pump's water from a tank into the Piston bore. Heavy Duty, and High Pressure machine!
Well Jr. forgot to fill the tank all the way with H2o, and the extra space was taken up with air. "Thats not a good thing!"
The Cast Aluminum piston is sealed with 2 O-rings!
Thank god It was me that was standing over the piston chamber.
That Bastard shot up like a Rocket!
Hit me in the Face, and still hit my 12ft ceiling!!!
