BIG sway bar on my S 10

I'm still working on this peach. Latest pic is of the conversion from a pencil neck geek sway bar to hefty hefty hefty. The bar came from a '99 Blazer and is 1 1/8th inch in diameter.
No Mona, there is no difference in handling. :yesnod:
Very different truck now. I would recommend it to anyone with an S 10. U Pull junkyard price - $20! (with all mounting hardware)
BTW, check out the cheesy oil filter relocation... that will also change when I mount the oil cooler. Earl's braided lines and hardware. Pics later.

The 4x4 front sway bars are the largest. These are also the ones used on the ZQ8 (SS/Xtreme models) suspension trucks.

Yeah, I was looking at some of the 4x4 bars but they had slightly different mounts. I have an 85 4x4 - the bar is way different than the 2 wheel drives. The later 4x4s had the bushings and through bolts, where the earlier ones have a saddle and rubber bushing mount. The end of the bar at the control arm tapers also. I haven't looked into seeing if the later bars fit on the earlier truck. When I have time :nono:
