Is anyone here using a Data Logger of any kind? If so, what brand and features do you have?
I've been thinking about getting one for my truck this winter.

Currently I have the lm1. But future plans are for a racepack. On the lm1 I log o2 and 5 other channels of my choice. I use g meter vacuum for crankcase rpm log and 2 egt's.

i have used and installed many over the years . racepak is hands down the best unit with the best customer support. the sportsman unit at 799.00 is a good deal with a fair amount of options included. but if you are looking to monitor alot of things , you may want to look at the edelbrock qwik data . it's a little more going in, but a great unit , with a ton of sensors included , and realy easy to use . it's what i'm currently running in my truck.
Just a Digital 7 here, but I still get alot of info from that.

i use the msd digital 7 7531 as far as using it to log what vehicle does on track its perfect.if you want to record data from what engine is doing then i persoanlly think the race pack is a good choice. can data log fuel pressure. vacuume. oil pressure .water temp. and even nitrous pressure . including o2 and egts. its pricey and usally over kill on a 500-600hp engine but it can give you enouigh data to let you know whats going on and staying consistant

Cheap and works very good. Will do RPM, TPS, VSS, volts, progress two stages and datalog two 5v analog inputs.
A pass where I blew the tires off pretty good. And the controller turned off the spray at 8500. Wish I had set it to 7500 or maybe 7800.

My buddy has the Wilson version of that controller, they are made by Daytona Sensors. Very nice piece. He had the 02 sensors option on his, and we are still waiting for them to get the driveshaft speed sensor worked out for it.
