my blazer did run good, still on footbrake went 6.76-6.87 at 102-103 mph in 1/8 mile

andy won first round but broke at finish SUCKS
and dave went a couple rounds, with new motor and was haulin ass, he needs a cage, he is to fast
my 10 yr old was sitting in wifes 67, I think he wants to drive

dont know the back space but its a 10" wheel he wants to get some 12" wide, the tires are 29x14.5 same as what I have on my blazer, I believe he told me they were 5" back space, his frame is narrowed 5.5" on each side

The 10 yr old looks right at home in there Mark. Last day at the track I did the same thing, along with bouncing off the rev limiter twice, and short shifting twice. It's still better than not going and neither of us broke.

Still looks like you had some fun.
Sounds like the motor is running great!
The boys going to be muscling up on you soon, trying to get in that Blazer!

Cool Mark!
A day at the track without breaking anything is a good day period!
Truck sounds very healthy...

My old man alwaysn told me that if you dont redlight every now and then your not trying hard enough. I would rather loose to a redlight than a bad light. Cool trucks by the way.

I second that...
Mark with as little of a red as you had you can easily dial it out with your front tire pressure...

When I was younger I use to sit in my dads 4 Speed Trans Am and practice shifting with the car off till I was old enough to drive. I got really fast ....... Maybe he will be a racer too!!!!

yes my 10 yr old said he wants to have my new motor in my daily driver s10 blazer, he said I can get a bigger and faster one, my wife said, no if anyone gets that motor its me:laughoutloud: when he gets older then we will have 3 of us racing, I think we will have to take turns, can only haul 2 rigs, 2 rigs is enough to take care of
