Nice! That's incredible times for that little motor! My buddy runs a 316 in Buick head sbc, so I know what them little bullets can do!

it;s 322ci. w/a set of rolled 15 degree gm heads. sheet metal int . single stock 750. that's all the rules allow. it's a good piece but still kinda mild by todays standards. it makes 726hp@9300 rpm. that about all i really can tell you. we go thru alot to make these things run. so we don't like to give too many details. we are currently working on another combo right know. about the same ci. but with sb-2 heads it will be a killer piece looking to make 800+ with that one. we'll have turn that one alot harder.

I can only imagine what the lobe ramps look like on that cam.
Can you at least give up the compression?

it's just under 14to1. it's tough to get it even that high, with that small a ci. the piston are made off molds of the chamber. but we shift it at over 10.000rpm , so you can't run the deck to tight. but at that rpm w/a aluminum rod it closes up and see's a little more compression.

Nice!
Certainly is a piece where EVERY part counts. One corner cut, and your on the trailer early.

Hey, Mark since you can't give up details on your Super Stock motor(and I can understand why), can you please send me your build sheets for a small tire, stock suspension, nitrous assisted motor. ;)

i'm a chassis builder . not an eng. builder , i do my own stuff .but not any outside engines. hard enough to find the time for my own.
but iv'e been doing buissness with the same machine shop/engine builder for over 25 years now and,
he also just put toghether an s-10 recently. maybe i can get him on the forumn soon. i'm sure he would be willing to help out.

I do all I can myself also. I was playing about the engine, not that I wouldn't like to hear from your engine guy. Between the two of you, your putting some very stout pieces together.
I would like to pick your brain some time on stock suspension set-ups, always wanting to learn more.
