I have been thinkn of a rat motor, Ive got everything but the mounts, the headers are fenderwell set up. how do big block guys go about motor mount set up?? and any pics would help.....

Welcome back long lost brother!!
You need to run a front and mid plate to mount it.
Your bets bet is to make your own headers.. The material will run you under
400 bucks.. even if you dont have a welder.. you can cut and tape..
Once satisfied.. Mark and identify each tube and have them welded up for you..
With a BB you can do each tube separately.. Its not as hard as a small block, as far a building them.

You going big cubes?

Where are my pics and videos?

Hey Mike and Dan, yea, its been awhile, I went racing and won trophy classs sat night. ran right on the dial, margin of vic was .00013 but got him. anyway, this rat already has fenderwell headers and mounts, so it "should" be close to drop right in. What kind of front springs do I use a set for a bbc G-body??

Those would get you in the ballpark but If I were you..
I would save and go to an adjustable coil over..
Then you can dial that baby right in.
