Those heads are supposed to be something else.. but I gotta say 6.65 first pass.. and low 6.4's when its right. Sounds like a very well thought out combination.

1.38 60', that 1.76 1st gear is gonna slow you down a bit.

I will be running the 1/4 when we go but anywhere around 6.50 will be outstanding for the first time out. But it will all depend on the convertor dont know if it will be loose enough so it may be a pig on the launch.

Thats easy that was my old set up. Depending on weight and traction it will go all of 6.20 to 6.30 or 10.00 to 10.20 ALL DAY.......

Loose enough convertor!!??? Shit mine stalls at 3400! Where do you plan on shifting that thing.

Here's what I based my prediction on; You have better heads, your cam has the same duration as mine, but more lift, I have a 113 LS, my 4.11's and 28" tall tire, to your 4.56 and 29.5, my 3400 convertor, and your 6000, I can run 6.80 to 6.90 in the 1/8th on motor.

BTW a 6.50 1/8th = 10.00/10.20 in the 1/4.

The head and cam combo makes max power at 7500. but first time out i'll probably shift at 6500 and try and through the traps at 7000 to break it in.lol

I think he's giving a lobe lift number Dan. With the 1.6 rockers it figures out at .752 I/ .736 E

I have to wonder how mine would respond to that cam with more lsa. I'm running .701/.708 lift with 275/288 duration, on a 113 lsa
