Small Block, big block Its all a cake walk man. If it has the 3.8 in it you will have to
move the mounts on the frame but thats it. been there done that.

Its all bolt in Go to www.Maliburacing.com and look up iceman he makes an ass load of aftermarket suspension trans cross members, light radiator support at a great price. I don't have anything to do with him just sold an 79 Supercharged Malibu and his parts work.

Bro needs DUBS yo. :nono:
There are a ton of cars in Baton Rouge just like that riding on 24" wheels and tires. Most of them have perfect bodies.
Best bet for an engine swap is a bombed out donor car. All the mounts/tranny/radiator etc will be there. Everything bolts in, you just need the right combination of parts. Chevy had it's own bolt pattern on the bellhousing, while BOP and Caddy had the same bolt pattern for their engines. There are some trannies out there that have a dual pattern for all GM V8s, but they are not so common. Headers and stuff are easy, they fit all of the G bodies. The one thing is the crossmember. It is one sided - it makes it harder to run a real dual exhaust although there are guys making the double recess crossmember for those chassis. There is alot of stuff out there for the Buick Grand National, which is pretty much the same chassis.
All it takes is a wad of $$.
Good luck.
