when using the 2.8 mounts where exactly on the frame do they go?..It use to have a 2.5 in it.Do I use the same holes?..

2.5 mounts are way different than the 2.8 mounts...u need to use the mounts for the 4 cylinder.

oh sorry i guess i should say i took the 4cyl out and am putting a 350 in,sorry.I got it figured out though.I should have pulled the old ones off before i asked the question then i would have saw the holes that i need to use.i got ahead of myself

Why not use the V8 style mounts? What kind of headers are you using? :glasses2:

I am in the process as well, I have the 2.8 w/5 speed. Dropping the 406 as described in my signature in it w/th350. I printed off the template diagram. Will the 2.8 rubbers work with this template.

No, you need the V8 style mounts, Anchor P/N 2292, about $8~$12 each at most parts stores, and the V8 passenger car, (not truck), motor mount shells, :cool4:
