i took the s10 for it's first outing of the year last night and ran a new personal best of 7.75 at 87 mph. i was hoping for a little better but i am pretty happy with it and figured i would share it with my fellow s10'ers

i think it has some more in it. we need to adjust the carb as it was lean but we didn't have time to fix it. i cant wait to get to play with it some more.

getting into 7's isn't easy. 6's take some time, and just going faster takes lots of tweaking. IMO. Congrats. Its always a blast getting a new best

congrats on the new best! It's always nice to see the fruits of your labor and of course $$ paying off. There are a lot of folks at the track that wish they went as fast as you and they probably never will. I bet you made a few people in the stands say WOW I wish I can hit the 7's he's moving out

yeah i had alot of people come up to me and say they didnt expect it out of my truck because it is more of a street truck.

dont get me wrong i am so exited to finally get into the 7's. it kept getting paster all night as i figured the new setup out. we havent touched anything yet either. i am going to try and go to test and tune sometime soon that way i have more time to adjust stuff and play with it some more. i thing i can get 7.60's out of it the way it sits

as the hotter weather starts approaching the times might go down some so do not get discouraged. Also at your altitude your doing great so far. the best it yet to come. From one street truck to another... she's looking good ;)

yeah i think it is at it's limit right now but i will be doing some more upgrades through the year.
