Just wanted to introduce myself. Names Mike and Im from Port Lavaca Tx. Just picked up a 87 S10 with the 2.5l 4 banger and a 4 spd tranny.
Plans are for now are to Paint it Matte Black and drop it 3/3ish. Then Drop a fresh 350/th350 swap in it and go from there.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone. As far as the cutting I dunno. Its gonna be as close to "stock" as i can leave it. suspension wise. No back half or 4 link stuff. Just caltracs and a healthy 350 on the Juice.

will do. Im in the process of spraying it matte black. Its just a rattle can job, but seems like its coming out ok. Plus touch ups will be cheap.
