My radiator core is 22 1/2 wide by 18 1/2 tall.

I have found this setup by Northern its 22 3/8 wide, 18 1/8 tall, and 2 5/8 thick with 11" fans.

Anyone know of a setup close to this that is thinner than 2 5/8"? Space is a concern for me. I'm going to have to be doing some hacking to my core support to move the radiator forward anyways, but the thinner the fans, the easier it will be.

I like that. Where exactly did you find it, and do they have a 22 x 16?

Here is my Fan shroud I built.

Went over to the local food equipment supply house. Bought a Aluminum Full Pan sheet ( Cookie Sheet) and had a Buddy cut and section it to fit. TIG welded back together. Bought to 10" Procomp Elec. fans.

Think mine is 1.5" from the core. Yeah I had to hack the $hit out of the core to get the big BeCool in there. Built mounting straps for the top, and used the stock bottom mounts. Fit like a glove. Cools nice too!

Found the fans on Ebay. Steal!
Think Ihave something around $85 bucks in it!:)

190-205* But I really haven't pushed it yet. The PCM has control of the fans. Stage 1 is 195 and Stage 2 is 210* I think. I have a overide switch for both on the dash. Just in case!! LOL!

Really pulls the air good. Never thought it would work so well. Drive it into town last night. Never hit over 205. But I it wasn't too hot and no traffic either. No leaks with my home made hoses!
