We are going to take the lt1 blazer for its maiden voyage on the 1/8th mile track.

I just finished installed my centerline telstars with the MT drag radials on the rear and the ole VW skinnies. Even though I just sweated my ass off by switching wheels on 2 vehicles by myself it is ok. Going to get some track footage for everyone to enjoy. Let's just hope the 7.5 doesn't want to crap out.

Yesterday we installed 2" angled blocks on the rear and a set of lakewood s-10 specific traction bars. For anyone with a blazer that wants to install them, a blazer leafs are just a tad smaller than a s-10. I picked the bars up from Everett for my black truck. BUT since the black truck is sitting , I decided to put them to go use atleast.

Happy motoring people. Let's see what she can do even though she is running PIG rich. WE can't wait for the tuner to get back home from Iragi.

Let's hope she doesn't lose to a stock 03 Mustang gt with 4.10's and flowmaster mufflers.

We are leaving for bowman here in less than 30 minutes. We should be at the track around 2:30-300.

Truck is just loaded on the trailer and waiting for some people to get over here right now and then we are heading out.

Well the Blazer definately needs a tune. she apparently was getting so much fuel she was fouling out the plugs. the best run she had was right off the trailer with a 9.3 @77mph. This was not good enough to beat the GT. Also the rest of the runs just got worse until the SES light decided to end our evening.

The Blazer is running a very fat tune that was installed just so we could debug her. Only problem is US diehard fun seekers needed to test her on the 1/8 mile prematurely. I guess we just needed the GT to get its bragging rights in now because they will be short lived. We have HCI swap and a littel juice in the works shortly. Then she gets tuned in May or August when the tuner gets back in the states from the great sandbox in Iraq and Kuwait.

I might make another trip down the 1/8th with smaller DR's since the race was lost at the tree. The blazer just wanted to bog down with the 28" tall et streets. Then she was reeling the GT in and almost caught it but the track just was too short.

Jackson is 1/4 mile :D

His time is short lived I know, with both trucks as well. Let him live it up now. He won't be there long.

Besides the tire changes for the next time, the rear seats will be out along with the passenger seat and spare tire. ;) Broken wire soldered at knock sensor too...lol the little GT had so many of our misfortunes in his favor.. This will not last forever. Plus the coil pack conversion coming soon.

And I need more gear. I want 3.73's or 3.90's
