My wife said she wouldn't go with me if I went to sallisaw to race. It was too ugly. The second pass at sallisaw I about hit Jacky Upton in the black S10 and it was on a mild tune.

thats flat out insane, whats your suspension setup? I like how low it sits as well

Yeah it was a factory block with studded stock mains when it detonated it cracked the deck on each side. I counted 32 cracks on 1 side. The factory blocks weak link is the deck not the mains. Since I put the new motor in I have burnt alot of pistons trying to find out what was going on. Now I am ready to step on the tune really hard and see how far traction takes me. Soon as the pistons get here.:horse::horse:

how much nitrous were u spraying when it broke cause I'm going to run my fogger for the first time this summer and your hood looks awesome on it is it a 6" cowl?

Yeah it's a 6" harwood. And I sprayed 175 for a year then went to 300. It was ok at that level but the fuel pump was getting weak and I didn't realize it and jumped to 400 shot. It flowed good but wheen I got to the track I made 1 nitrous pass and it went lean just enough I knew something wasn't right. Got back to the pits and sure enough it ate 5 plugs but everything seemed ok so I put a new set of plugs in it and the next pass it went about 330' and before I knew anything was wrong I had a fireball coming out of everywhere under the hood. Lean backfire. So when I got home I pulled the heads off and sure enough it burnt 3 pistons and found the deck was cracked lifting the heads. I Built a new motor and took it to the track and made 3 passes. Same thing. So when I got home I started checking the fuel system and found the nitruos fuel pump was weak. So now I am in the process of getting it back together and hopefully get to try the 400 shot and the second kit jetted at 300 shot.
