Thanks, guys I built the truck several years ago for my son when he was in high school, it had a 305 in it then and the 7.5 rear, he ran itin street class, it's changed alot since then. she runs mid 11s with a 100 shot of nos now i do have plans for a new motor, the motor thats in it now will go in my 51 studie truck for my wife.

the motor is a 327 12.1, forged crank stock, eagle 6.0 rods and kb pistons, the heads are aset of 305 punch out to 202/160 valves and a lot of grinding, single plain dominater and 750 hp carb, turbo 350 manual valve 3500 stall, 411 9 inch.I biult the motor two years ago, as you guys will find out I am cheap, spib will verify that.

here is pic before single plan and nos.

Ya it's a long bed, I like to be a little different, long bed and small motor (327) I do plan on building a nother motor and going to a powerglide, I have the tranny already, the motor will be a 395 small block, I have to pay for my daughters wedding first, prioritys you know, well not the whole wedding just the dress, but thats like the rotating assembly.
