My Buddie at work was cutting some corned beef with a meat slicer.
He's a real trooper.. Washed it off and put some black tape on it.
Don't worry.. he found the piece and removed it before we ate. :21:

yeap the end cut is always better...i seen a good pic of the cut, (my computer screen is going white can't see good). narley, the end grain of the meat made my ass hole pucker hehe.......
