How about a committee for this event?

I have an idea. It hurt thinking of this but here goes,

1.How about dedicating someone to check out for Group rates on hotels/motels? (also checking for trailer parking at these places.

2. Someone or some people to check on maybe vendors/sponsors to help split the cost?

3. Someone to help Richard with getting the flyers and getting them taken care of and moving?

4. Someone to get maybe a photographer for the event, magazine coverage, internet magazine coverage etc etc. Could also advertise the event in different magazines (free)

5. Someone to maybe get free crap from summit, jegs, long acre etc etc for a "care package" for those who show up?

6. List can go on and on and maybe condensed to some people.

you can post the event free in hemming motor news.....

call vendors got a hole bunch of free stuff for a car show that the wife dealt with..Meguiar's gave us some good stuff for the f&y body week in myrtle.....

all you can do is call them and ask for help... their name will be advertised on flyers and other things......back of shirts etc...

its a rough time out there for some businesses and some might not be able to help.....

i know where i work we are donating very little.......

i see what i can do on my end to maybe donate something ,
