I have header clearance issues cause I sat the motor down lower and farther back I'll have some pics soon I need to rerout the 1 and last primary on the hedman huslers is there a minimum lenght diff between the primary's for the best performance I want to keep them as equal as possible

I'm not sure with those headers..
Take a measurement of each pipe.. I don't think they are all exactly the same.
You will not be running the motor like you would a Circle Track car.
It will be wide open for only a couple of seconds.. I don't think an inch or two
is going to kill you.. I have looked at some very expensive headers and all
of them were not always equal length headers.. It would be nice but,
I don't think its absolutely mandatory.

Tanx Mike I think we can go around 2 " in lenght without loosing but I'll try to get them exact as possible here's a pic

question.. are you running any steering limiters?

what's in the way? the fire wall or the a frame ? i have the same headders and mine were hitting the frame i nocthed it (the frame) no problem, but yuo will have to put a steering stop like mike suggested on th driver side. those headders make good top end power not so much on the low side, the tubes are short.

its the back primary in the way and also the front one with the control arm what a place to have it I dont have steering limiters yet but I will install some it doesn,t look like the back primary is in the way cause the truck is on jack stands but when it's on it's wheels I cant turn too much,

yea i had the same problem. a little nip here and there and a hammer dent in the headders were needed. those headders come with engine placement directions no wait i got the directions online somewhere. which didn't matter i already had motor and trans plates got lucky very little tweeking good luck i hpoe that helps proshot

The tubular upper control arms will give you the clearance to not have to relocate the first tube.
